A Dream That has

Been Cooking for Years

Trade Winds was a staple in the Springfield community back in the 1980's, directly next to Knights Action Park. They were notorious for putting on huge shows in their patio area that featured some of the area's best talent. They closed in 1990.

Then in 2015, Doug Knight decided it was time to open up and offer up incredible sandwiches and apps, with hand cuts fries and huge portions. In fact, so big they're served up on a platter.

We hope you can join us for lunch or dinner soon. Eat local.

Big huge serving sizes. Very friendly staff and the food comes out quickly. It's an easy place to park, get in, and eat. Inside is not fancy, but that's okay, you come here to eat and drink.

My wife and I decided to check this place out. We both had the Friday night fish special. $6.95 for two large fillets and fries. Service and food were both great. The place is well lit and felt like a fun place to be. We’ll definitely go there again.

Points on the size of the tenderloin. HUGE! Pretty tasty and darned near more that this eager eater could finish.I'll order this guy again. My dining companion approved highly of his burger plate.
